Snugs designs and manufactures custom-fit tips for hearing protection and earphones, aiming to match the contours of each ear. The company positions itself as a leader in hearable custom-fit technology and relies on 3D engineering to create bespoke tips. Its product family comprises SnugsPro, SnugsGo, and Snugs Specialist, each serving different use cases from high isolation to smartphone-based fitting and protective solutions for various activities. SnugsPro involves obtaining a physical ear impression through a local partner, which is then 3D scanned to model a soft, medical-grade silicone tip tailored to the wearer.

Based in Treborough, England, Snugs operates as a small manufacturing team. Its customers range from individual consumers seeking a personalized fit to professionals needing ear protection across industrial, musical, and aquatic contexts. A notable development in its history is the late-2019 launch of SnugsGo, which enables a custom fit via a smartphone app after ear scans, without requiring a visit to an audiologist.
