Founded in 1943, SHA is considered Indiana’s social health leader and directly serves more than 50,000 students in classrooms, after school programs and summer day camps and nearly 5,000 parents at parent education nights, and supports hundreds of educators and health professional in more than 200 schools across the state each year. Most recently, SHA began offering bully and violence prevention education.
