Social Impact Partners is a statewide intermediary organization that works across education, workforce, employer and early childhood systems to help create clearer, more connected pathways to opportunity in Connecticut.

We bring together employers, educators, state agencies and community partners to align efforts, strengthen coordination and turn fragmented initiatives into practical, system-level solutions that support long-term mobility.

Our work focuses on where alignment matters most: early childhood, postsecondary education, workforce development and career pathways. By helping systems work together rather than in silos, we support stronger talent pipelines, more sustainable early childhood systems, and clearer pathways for individuals to move from learning to meaningful careers and advancement opportunities.
