Softech is an IBM Premier Business Partner and IBM ECM Support Provider that has implemented IBM FileNet ECM business solutions and services for over 20 years. In addition Softech is an EMC Documentum Business Partner. We have implemented ECM solutions and services for numerous government agencies, financial institutions, insurance agencies and other industry representatives. Our solutions have been successfully deployed in both low and high volume production environments across the United States.
 
Softech has successfully implemented over 100 IBM installations and completed over 170 system and data conversion projects for IBM FileNet clients and partners. Most of these projects involve a migration from one IBM system to another IBM system or to a non-IBM vendor, such as EMC Documentum. We provide a comprehensive set of tools that enhance our clients’ investments in document management products. We offer easy-to-use solutions that are proven, both technologically and through user acceptance. And with our media migration, conversion and upgrade services, we help our clients maintain their efficiency over time.
 
Our key team members are former IBM FileNet engineers and continue to provide design and development resources to IBM FileNet Engineering. This experience allows us to understand the internal workings of IBM FileNet ECM software, which in turn allows us to provide more innovative and robust solutions than other service providers. Our senior technical staff members have a broad range of technical experience, including project management, business analysis, application design, system architecture, database administration and design, development, implementation, training and technical support.
