Sol-ARCH started in 2003 with a need in Miami's Real Estate and Design markets for photorealistic renderings. Within the first couple of years, Figure H expanded it's operations to include Renderings, Animations, and Scale Models. By 2005, a new trend towards sustainable design was up and coming. Sol-ARCH was created with the desire to design buildings with a sensibility to the environment. By 2008, Sol-ARCH was responsibe for the design and constructin administration of the first U.S.G.B.C. LEED "GOLD" Certified building in Miami-Dade County. In conjunction with The City of Miami and Mayor Manny Diaz, The Staples project would become the benchmark for the future city projects now requiring U.S.G.B.C. Certification.
