Solgen Energy Group is an Australian company that develops and delivers solar power projects for commercial clients. Its work spans design, engineering, procurement, construction, project management, and ongoing customer support, focused on turning rooftops and sites into solar assets. Founded in Sydney in 2008, the group is based in Victoria and operates with a mid-sized team, having installed systems for a range of trusted brands and businesses. Within the renewable energy sector, Solgen positions itself as a well-established EPC contractor for commercial solar projects, drawing on experience across engineering, procurement, and project delivery. The company aligns with a broader trend toward decentralised energy generation anticipated in Australia by 2030, which will draw power from rooftops, fields, and other renewable sources. In 2021, the business was acquired by AGL; SunWiz had recognized Solgen as a leading commercial solar company in 2020.
