Solstice Alaska Consulting, Inc. (Solstice) is a successful women-owned, small business headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska.  We are a State of Alaska certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE #9900647) and a federally certified Women-Owned Business.  Solstice has been in business for over five years and has five employees.  

Solstice provides services related to National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation and associated assessments and helps clients comply with various federal and state laws.  We also offer project management services for large and small NEPA documentation projects, helping to coordinate critical aspects -- public and agency involvement, field survey and reporting, alternatives development, and impact analysis—so that the document is delivered on time and on budget.  Our services include NEPA Strategy and Compliance Plans, Categorical Exclusions and Environmental Checklists, Environmental Assessments and Findings of No Significant Impact, Environmental Impact Statements and Records of Decision, Public Involvement/Scoping Plans, Essential Fish Habitat Assessments, and Biological Assessments.

Solstice also provides permitting services, helping clients obtain permits for large and small projects throughout Alaska, including, Section 404/10 (Wetlands) Permits, Fish Habitat Permits, State Water Rights Permits, State Land/Tidelands Use Permits, Land use authorizations, including Borough land use permits, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Right of Way Authorizations, State and Federal Refuge Land Use Permits, and Borough Land Use Permits.
