Solstice Studios is an independent film company based in Los Angeles that covers the full lifecycle of feature films—from development to international sales and U.S. wide release. Founded in October 2018, it plans to release a slate of three to five mid-budget titles each year for a global audience, with budgets typically in the 20 to 80 million range.

Beyond its internal slate, the company pursues joint production arrangements or acquisitions of an additional one to two titles annually for wide U.S. distribution. It maintains a partnership with Ingenious Media to support its production and distribution activities. The organization operates with a relatively small staff.
