SOLTRA GROUP is a social economy non-profit based in León, in the Castile and León region of Spain, with a mission to generate employment opportunities and advance the inclusion of people with disabilities. The group operates across Spain (León), Mexico, and Denmark and employs roughly 1,700 people, of whom more than 90% have some form of disability. In 2023, Reviver Inc. partnered with SOLTRA to reserve a portion of jobs for individuals with diverse abilities, reflecting a commitment to inclusive employment. The organization has pursued quality and sustainability measures, including a LEAN initiative launched in 2021 and ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications for its Denmark operations. Earlier, SOLTRA expanded its production capabilities by investing in an industrial building in Onzonilla (León) to support an automotive-related line, following IATF 16949 certification.
