For PLASTICS ASSEMBLY, Sonics manufactures ultrasonic welding systems, tooling and equipment; vibration welders; spin welders; hot plate welders; and heat staking and inserting machines. Custom tooling and fixtures are provided along with ultrasonic kits and components for OEM systems integration.

For ultrasonic METAL WELDING of conductive materials, Sonics manufactures spot welders, wire splicers, seam welders, tube sealers and battery pack welders.

Sonics’ corporate headquarters are located in Newtown, CT and its products are sold all over the world via a network of global distributors and representatives, plus a dedicated Sales Office in Shanghai, China.
