The Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE) is a regional education administration agency based in Santa Rosa, California. It acts as a strategic partner to the county's 40 districts and 175 schools, providing services designed to help them comply with legal mandates, operate cost-effectively, and raise student achievement.
