Soundcore Capital Partners is a lower middle market private investment firm specializing in buy & build investments of private-, family- and founder-owned companies in the United States and Canada.  The firm exclusively focuses on recession-resistant companies in highly-fragmented industries within the business services, specialty manufacturing, and value-added distribution sectors.

Since inception, Soundcore has acquired 112 businesses (14 platform / 98 add-on), with $1.8 billion total enterprise value (TEV). Of the 112 companies acquired, Soundcore was the first institutional capital 108 times (96%).  Soundcore has completed an average of 8 acquisitions across the 14 buy & build platforms created to date.  Soundcore has sold / exited seven (six to private equity and one to a public strategic) of the 14 platform companies, generating in aggregate $1.8 billion in TEV. Of the companies sold to date, the average (mean) hold / ownership period is 5.0 years.
