Simply Grand Music, Inc. is a multi-faceted independent label, production, and music publishing company, housing Beckie Publishing and Memphis Town Music.

Formerly known as Sounds of Memphis/XL/Pen, Simply Grand Music, Inc. has been in business since the late 50s, and has an extensive catalog with over 1,000 songs spanning in genres such as Soul, R&B, Blues, Rockabilly, Classic and Contemporary Country, Indie Rock, Rap, Hip-Hop, Garage Punk, and Pop. Our older catalog includes songs recorded by Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Etta James, Bettye LaVette, The Ovations, Barbara Brown, Sam The Sham, and George Jackson to name a few. 

As the original home of "Wooly Bully," we have a deep-rooted connection with Memphis music. From the 1960s to the present, we have prided ourselves on displaying a talented collection of singers and songwriters.
