SoundView focuses on emerging technologies as they are reaching commercialization. We provide research, advisory services and make investments. Our business model is comprised of advisory fees, investment returns, subscriptions and paying partnerships. 

The first SoundView was well known as one of the top research-driven investment banks of the 1990's. After the company was acquired two or three times I was able to acquire the trademarks in 2011 and roll our business forward into the SoundView brand. 

Like the original SoundView we are research-driven and build our business models around that core. This time however we are building the business not as a broker/dealer or investment bank but instead on the back of technology, digital services and the internet.
