Source Media was the first news organization in our region to be completely online. We were the first to practice solutions journalism, and the first to consistently invite readers to ask us questions. We were the first to think of local news as a community good, launch a voluntary membership program, and build out corporate support of local news. We were the first to do events of any scale or ambition and the first to publish an Impact Report.
