Founded in 1986, South Shore Habitat for Humanity serves 32 communities across southeastern Massachusetts. Our mission is to build strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter by partnering with families in need of affordable housing. Founded in 1986, South Shore Habitat (SSHH) is an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Celebrating 36 years, serving the South Shore, SSHH has delivered 63 homes in 22 towns, helping more than 100 adults and 200 children build a place to call home. The organization serves 35 cities and towns south and southwest of Boston. These include Abington, Avon, Braintree, Bridgewater, Brockton, Canton, Cohasset, Duxbury, East Bridgewater, Easton, Halifax, Hanover, Hanson, Hingham, Holbrook, Hull, Marshfield, Medfield, Medway, Millis, Milton, Norwell, Norwood, Pembroke, Quincy, Randolph, Rockland, Scituate, Sharon, Stoughton, Walpole, West Bridgewater, Westwood, Weymouth and Whitman.
