South Suburban Parks and Recreation maintains nearly 3,800 acres of developed and open space land, including 119 multi-purpose athletic fields, more than 100 parks, nearly 100 miles of trails, 60 playgrounds, 56 tennis courts, and the 880-acre South Platte Park. 

We  also own and operate four full-service recreation centers – the Douglas H. Buck Community Center, Goodson Recreation Center, Lone Tree Recreation Center, and Sheridan Recreation Center; four golf courses – the Family Sports Golf, Littleton Golf & Tennis Club, Lone Tree Golf Club & Hotel, and the South Suburban Golf Course; four outdoor pools – Ben Franklin, Cook Creek, Harlow and Holly; four restaurants; two ice centers - Family Sports Ice Center and South Suburban Ice Arena; two 18-hole adventure miniature golf courses - Colorado Journey and Family Sports Outdoor Mini Golf; batting cages at Cornerstone Park; the County Line BMX track; the Family Sports Dome; the Family Sports Center; 15 guest suites at the Lone Tree Golf Club & Hotel, and the Carson Nature Center.
