Policy Partnering SCEDD is a government-focused non-profit serving twelve counties in Southeastern Colorado, presenting a compelling partner profile for regional economic development programs, grants, and multi-county initiatives that require coordinated planning and technical assistance.

Funding Leverage Recently secured $12.5M in U.S. Treasury Capital Projects Fund support, indicating appetite and capacity for large-scale infrastructure and community development projects—opportunities to propose continuing funding, led projects, or match-funding partnerships.

Talent Summit Engagement Active participation in regional talent initiatives such as the Pikes Peak Regional Talent Summit suggests there is an ongoing cadence of workforce development needs and potential sales motions around training, skills mapping, and employer-driven talent solutions.

Limited Resources With revenue under $1M and a lean operational profile, SCEDD likely favors cost-effective, scalable solutions, service bundles, and grant-compatible offerings that maximize impact without large upfront investments.

Technology Footprint Adoption of cloud, collaboration, and e-commerce tools (Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, WordPress, SiteGround) indicates openness to digital transformation services, data analytics, and streamlined program management platforms across the twelve counties.
