Southern Hydro Vac is the leading (soft dig) hydro excavation company in Georgia.  We are based in Powder Springs, Georgia and work primarily in Atlanta and the Southeast.  We are a service orientated company, performing hydro excavation for a large network of companies and contractors. Southern Hydro Vac, Inc. is fully insured and Safety is a major consideration in the performance of our work.
       Originally started in October of 2003, with two trucks, we have grown over the years to a fleet of 12 trucks, support equipment and a trained staff.  Southern Hydro Vac owns, operates and maintains the newest and finest hydro vac trucks and equipment.  We have an internal service department and staff of three service men.  Our shop facility has four open bays and is equipped to perform all minor and major repairs.  We keep a full inventory of tires, parts, filters, etc.  So if our trucks or vac systems need attention, there is no waiting for 3rd party repairs.  Daily equipment inspections guarantees prompt repairs so the trucks will be available for work.
