Our clinic focuses on the care of many medical conditions such as preventing/managing Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), End Stage Renal Disease or ESRD (patients requiring dialysis), kidney stones, high blood pressure (Hypertension), "Difficult to Treat" high blood pressure (Resistant Hypertension), urinary tract infections (UTIs), electrolyte disorders, such as high potassium (hyperkalemia) & low sodium (hyponatremia), among others. 

We accept all insurance plans, including Medicare and Amerigroup. We offer medical care to all age groups from Adolescents to Geriatrics. We have a full electronic health records and electronic prescriptions. 

We are able to speak fluent Spanish and our doctors are available to see patients that are admitted to Williamson Medical Center, Baptist/St Thomas Midtown Hospital, St Thomas West Hospital, & Centennial Medical Center.
