Our mission is to improve the health of our patients and communities by delivering exceptional care, removing barriers, and promoting healthy lifestyles.

Southside provides primary medical, dental, vision, and integrated behavioral health care to more than 12,000 unique patients per year and employs 110 people from throughout the communities that we serve.
