ABOUT SWGP

SWGP is a private equity firm based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We invest in small, private companies throughout the Southwest, primarily in New Mexico, West Texas, and along the US-Mexico border. We believe the most attractive investments are in the oil and gas industry and business services sector, however, we also pursue opportunistic investments in a cross section of growth industries throughout the region.
 
OUR APPROACH

SWGP will make majority and minority equity investments in cash flow positive companies with revenues up to $75 million. In particular, we are attracted to companies with entrepreneurial leaders, growth potential, and a demonstrated history of strong execution, precision, and quality of service. Each transaction will be structured to align the incentives of owners, managers and employees.
