It is based in Nanyuki, Laikipia, Kenya, and functions with a mid-sized team. In May 2023, it partnered with AndBeyond to establish an exclusive tourism concession at the Suyian Conservancy in Kenya.

Its efforts have included campaigns and partnerships with entities such as Game Rangers International, CMS, Net-a-Porter, and Gemfields to raise awareness and coordinate conservation activities across Africa.
