Space Technologies and Rocketry (STAR) is a student-led organization based in Berkeley, California, that operates within the defense and space manufacturing sector. It aims to fill the absence of an official aerospace program at UC Berkeley by serving as a research hub for members interested in aerospace. Its activities span propulsion research, the development of avionics and software, and the design, construction, testing, and flight of high-power rockets.
