Spanish Coalition for Housing (SCH) is a premier HUD-certified counseling agency dedicated to providing the resources, education, and advocacy necessary for Latino and low-to-moderate-income families to thrive. Our mission is to bridge the gap between community and capital by ensuring every household has the foundation for a secure future. Each year, we empower over 11,000 clients through a comprehensive suite of bilingual services that cover the entire spectrum of housing needs.

Our work spans from pre- and post-purchase homeownership counseling and down-payment assistance to critical financial wellness programs like credit restoration and debt management. We are also a vital lifeline for housing stability, offering foreclosure prevention, rental assistance, and utility support. Beyond individual counseling, SCH serves as a community advocate through landlord-tenant mediation and innovative Health & Housing partnerships.
