Sparks Magazine is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports a student-run publication and provides a mixed-media platform for the Asian and Pacific Islander American (APIA) community.

As a print publication, we give students the platform to become leaders on their campuses. These students publish the stories of people’s successes, struggles and realities, and give a voice to the underrepresented.

Online, we provide a universal platform to elevate APIA voices everywhere. Our content discusses social, cultural and campus-based APIA issues, and highlights notable people within the community.

Our staff are based at the University of Florida, University of Central Florida, and University of South Florida.
