Welcome to Futures For All – formerly Speakers for Schools.

In 2010, ITV’s Political Editor, Robert Peston, founded our charity with one goal: to level the playing field for young people from state schools and colleges across the UK. Since then, we have supported nearly 2 million students – and we’re just getting started.

From September 2025, we are stepping into an exciting new chapter, creating fairer Futures For All young people in state education. Our new name reflects the full scope of our work and our ongoing commitment as the UK’s leading social mobility charity.

Alongside our esteemed Speakers for Schools programme, we are excited to support even more young people through meaningful Work Experience opportunities. These experiences help build essential skills, grow confidence, and open doors to professional networks that can shape future success.

Talent is everywhere across this country, but opportunity is not. It’s time to put that right.
