Spectrum Society for Community Living is a non-profit organization based in Vancouver, British Columbia, focused on enabling people with disabilities to participate fully in their communities and to experience genuine belonging. The group grounds its work in the belief that individuals should direct their own lives, be treated with respect, and have their voices and contributions valued. As a service-providing agency, it aims to strengthen the capacity of individuals and their personal networks, augmenting rather than replacing natural supports, and it pursues ongoing learning and improvement through research on leadership and best practices. Its services target people with disabilities, their families, volunteers and staff, with an emphasis on fostering citizenship and mutually supportive relationships within the community. The organization employs more than fifty people and operates from its Vancouver base; in January 2025 it participated in a Fireside Roasting and Toasting event to engage with the broader community.
