Spectrum Research, Evaluation & Development, LLC (SpectrumRED) provides grant writing and evaluation services to clients in education, state and local government, public health, and non-profit service.

SpectrumRED develops long-term relationships with clients in order to assess business needs, secure government funded resources, and evaluate progress toward meeting grant objectives. SpectrumRED's clients across the United States and Virgin Islands include colleges and universities, public school districts, local and state government institutions, public health entities, and community-based non profit organizations. 

SpectrumRED's professional staff consists of evaluators, technical writers, and support staff. Evaluators hold doctorate-level degrees in Psychology (Research and Evaluation Methodology emphasis), Curriculum and Instruction, and Educational Leadership. Administrative staff members hold degrees in English (Professional & Technical Communication emphasis), Information Systems, Instructional Technology, Interpersonal Communication, Business Administrative Support, and Economics (Business Administration emphasis).
