Spencer & Vogt Group was launched by Lynne Spencer and Arthur Vogt in 2013 after a decade of working together at Menders, Torrey & Spencer, Inc.  A full-service architectural and planning firm, we maintain an exclusive focus on existing and historic structures. Our projects often start with a conditions assessment in which we identify, diagnose and document problems and make treatment recommendations. We are skilled at preservation, restoration, rehabilitation and the introduction of handicap access and infrastructure. 
 
Our award-winning work is characterized by inventive, sustainable design. Attractive, functional architectural solutions are a direct result of our strong client relationships.
