Founded in 1945, Spencer Fluid Power remains a value added distributor of hydraulic components and systems. Nine branch locations in seven Western states are managed and staffed by associates with vast experience in providing superior customer service and product availability in the fluid power market. 

Spencer Fluid Power continues to sell and support hydraulic components to a wide array of customer types. Small to large OEM’s, timber, mining, construction and oil & gas are just a sample of the numerous industries Spencer supports today. In 2006, a significant investment was made in the Billings, MT location to upgrade our repair capabilities for large cylinders. A focus on environmentally safe conditions led to the installation of an HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel) system to chrome cylinder rods and replaces the tradition electrolyte process used in the past. This is one example of how Spencer Fluid Power is constantly looking for new ideas to improve our performance and better serve our customers.
