Spiritual Leadership, Inc. (SLI) integrates scriptural and leadership principles to help transform the church in its ability to make disciples of Christ. SLI uses cutting edge learnings about leadership, whether found in the marketplace, education, government, latest books, etc, and applies it in the church when it is based on sound Biblical principles. SLI has a long history of growing and developing leaders, improving organizational effectiveness, creating compelling strategy and thinking outside the box to solve adaptive problems the church faces. Our approach is organic, not quick fix, and we work in very confidential settings as mature Christians with the spiritual gifts of leadership with backgrounds in the church, seminary, the workplace and university settings. SLI works on systems, processes, culture and skills to implement transformation and transformational results. Our missional model is to change leaders, starting with self, moving outward to teams, then to organizations and ultimately to the community where the church moves beyond its walls and makes a difference in the world.
