Since 1995, Spotlight has been an industry-leading organization dedicated to providing high-quality professional dance competitions throughout the country. In 2019, Spotlight became the first employee-owned organization in the dance competition industry! Through the efforts of a team of positive, creative, independent, motivated, and accountable employees, we take ownership of the continued success of Spotlight and care about every competitor that steps on our stages.

Each event is staged as a professional theatrical production. Our events are family-oriented and student focused. We strive to run our events on-time in a friendly, low-stress, personalized, and caring atmosphere. We recruit talented and professional judges who offer impartial, constructive oral and video critiques of each performance that are inspiring to dancers of all ages and ability levels. Our online registration and loyalty rewards program make the registration process for spotlight events easy and affordable.
