SPRI Fitness is a wellness and fitness services company based in Thornton, Colorado. It began in 1983 when orthopedic surgeons established the Sports Performance and Rehabilitation Institute to bring alternative sports rehabilitation solutions to the market; today it operates under Fit for Life as a manufacturer and distributor of rubberized resistance exercise products for the health and fitness industry. Over more than three decades, SPRI has contributed to popularizing rubber-resistance workouts.

Its equipment supports strength, balance, sports conditioning, and mind-body training, complemented by educational materials for users ranging from casual exercisers to professional athletes. The company serves health clubs, personal trainers, medical and rehabilitation professionals, and health-minded consumers, delivering products through its website and nationwide retail outlets while expanding into related markets as new applications are discovered. In 2017 SPRI launched Xertube and Xercise Bands, marking a notable product development.
