Springman Consulting LLC is the company of Brian Springman, a freelance business consultant in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Services include business improvement, program management, project management, business transformation, and mergers & acquisitions assistance.  Prior to becoming a freelancer in 2001, Brian was a Senior Manager in the consulting practice of Ernst & Young.

Do You Need a Hands-On Project Manager?
I build tangible solutions, working the entire project lifecycle from initial concept through implementation.  I do not simply make recommendations.  I work side-by-side with the client team doing whatever is needed to achieve the project goals. 

Do You Need to Address Experience Gaps in Your Team?
I’m a good fit if you need an experienced day-to-day leader for a strategic initiative (re-engineering, M&A integration, major system project, etc.).  Or, I can coach an internal manager leading a project for the first time and who lacks the practical experience.

Must Your Project Succeed?
In thirty years, all my projects have been deployed.  I haven't had any crash and burn.  I accomplish this by using comprehensive stage gate methodologies appropriate for the project: product development, Six Sigma, software development lifecycle, software package implementation, M&A integration, etc. I marry the overall approach with an Agile software development methodology for the software build.  I strongly believe that for a project to be successful, the Agile software development has to be incorporated into an overall project approach addressing business process improvement and change management.
