Sprout is on a mission to change the way people think about food. 
Local, seasonal & flavourful eating isn’t something we say because it sounds good, it’s fundamental to creating food that’s game changing. It’s the secret behind the best restaurants in the world and is something we think can be for everyone. We want to inspire people, just like we’ve been, by local, in-season produce at the peak of its flavour, served in a delicious and balanced way. 

Alongside customer favourites such as the Supergreek, Chicken Cashew Crunch and Crispy Bombay Bowl, we are always developing new menu items throughout the seasons of the year. 

Over the last 10 years we’ve served millions of customers across our restaurants and in 2015 we started an organic farm in Rathcoffey, Co. Kildare which supplies our salad leaf through the Irish growing year.
