Spruce Financial Group is a Southeast-based private equity firm focused on direct lending, co-sponsored real estate finance, and customized growth capital to lower and middle-market businesses.

With offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Tallahassee, Florida, we provide both junior and senior loans to small businesses and real estate developers. In select situations, we invest mezzanine debt, growth equity, and purchase notes.
