Srote & Co specialize in creating high-end custom residential estate homes. Through becoming known for their creativity and expertise in residential architecture they have also found a strong builder following. They have created award-winning master planned communities and model homes, spec homes, additions and renovations, and provided other consultation services. Their residential experience continues in multi-family projects and townhouses. In addition to their residential clientele, they have also found success in many light commercial projects including tenant build-outs, churches, executive offices, retail centers, and emergency management facilities.
