St. Coletta of Wisconsin is a non-profit organization based in Jefferson, Wisconsin, operating within the field of individual and family services. It was established by the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi-Milwaukee over a century ago to provide residential, day and vocational programs and services for people with developmental disabilities and other challenges. The organization—a mid-sized entity employing several hundred staff—emphasizes consumer-driven programs designed to meet and exceed clients' expectations and to support inclusion, full citizenship, and a quality life for people with disabilities.

St. Coletta emphasizes cultivating internal and external community connections, linking clients, staff, families, benefactors, and the communities where they live and work. Its approach is ecumenical in practice but guided by a Catholic/Franciscan heritage, with ongoing sponsorship by the Sisters of St. Francis as Assisi shaping programs, services and values. A recent example of local collaboration is a partnership with the Jefferson School reported in 2020, reflecting engagement with a nearby educational institution.
