Since opening our doors in 1950, St. Francis Hospital has established a reputation for providing high quality, compassionate care. Our associates strive each day to provide the best care in the Chattahoochee Valley, which includes west Georgia and east Alabama. With 376 beds, more than 2,500 associates, and 300+ physicians on the medical staff, we offer a full range of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room services, including the only open-heart surgery program in the region.

And to ensure that we always offer our patients unsurpassed care, we continue to grow and expand. In 2013, we completed our largest expansion in history, opening two new patient towers, featuring the St. Francis Heart Hospital and the St. Francis Sue Marie Turner Women’s Hospital. In 2016, our affiliation with The Emory Clinic’s Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery fueled an expansion of cardiac services.

From cardiac care, orthopaedics, behavioral health programs and emergency services to women’s services and rehabilitation, we have highly trained professionals and the latest technology to help you regain and maintain your health.
