St. Mary’s Medical Center is a hospital located in Blue Springs, Missouri, serving Eastern Jackson County for more than 30 years. It operates as a 146-bed acute care facility offering a 24-hour Emergency Department, a Joint and Spine Institute, surgical services, and outpatient care, delivering a broad range of services in a community setting. Founded by the Sisters of St. Mary and rooted in Catholic heritage, the facility relocated from downtown Kansas City to Blue Springs in 1981 and has been under Prime Healthcare Services since 2015. 

The center has earned several recognitions for time-critical care, including Top Performer on Key Quality Measures by The Joint Commission and Get With The Guidelines – Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award. The Joint Commission also designates St. Mary’s as a Primary Stroke Center and the hospital operates as a Certified Chest Pain Center. In addition, the Breast Center is accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers and holds the Breast Imaging Center of Excellence designation from the American College of Radiology, while the Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine is accredited by the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society.
