St. Peter's Health Partners is a United States health care organization operating as a hospital system in the greater Capital Region. It was formed in 2011 through the merger of Seton Health, Northeast Health, and St. Peter’s Health Care Services, and it now spans more than 165 locations. The system provides a broad range of hospital and related health care services across its network of facilities and affiliated practices, focusing on delivering high-quality, compassionate care. In 2026 the organization opened a new open access clinic in Renssaler, New York, expanding its service footprint. The system has continued to strengthen its care delivery by adding clinicians across various practices, including maternal-fetal medicine, sleep medicine, and primary care clinics in the Capital Region. Earlier in March 2026, the organization announced the closure of a nursing home in Albany due to insufficient funds for required maintenance and renovations.
