St. Vincent de Paul Green Bay is a local branch of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul operating in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It provides direct, person-to-person assistance to people in the greater Green Bay area, including financial aid, in-kind support, and guidance, with a focus on confidentiality and dignity. Its volunteers, drawn from diverse backgrounds, pursue service as a form of personal and spiritual engagement. In addition to direct aid, the organization runs three thrift stores and a Personal Service Center to connect individuals with resources and education. The group offers workshops and programs designed to help people move toward stability, including Bridges out of Poverty and Getting Ahead, a 16- to 20-week, kitchen-table style program that provides a workbook, meals, a monetary stipend, and a mentor.
