St. Vincent de Paul Mission Statement:  A network of friends, inspired by Gospel values, growing in holiness and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need.

The St. Vincent de Paul of Contra Costa Family Resource Center in Pittsburg, 3 Thrift Center and 29 branches throughout the county work to help families in crisis meet basic human needs, and help move individuals and families to sustainability. Our many programs provide food, clothing, shelter, rental assistance, medical services, employment, and workforce development to our neighbors in Contra Costa County. We collaborate with several Bay Area agencies including Loaves & Fishes, Catholic Charities, RotaCare Bay Area, Winter Nights Shelter, One Warm Coat, and the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano Counties.
