StaffWRX simplifies employers’ business activities by allowing them to engage short to long term job-seekers in their immediate area.   Employers can view who is available and then select the person most suited for their position.  Once a job-seeker is selected for the position, the employer can monitor the job-seeker’s location during the scheduled job time and communicate with the employee by phone or in-app messaging.  StaffWRX prequalifies all workers during an in-person interview through the use of a skills assessment and background check.  All employees are W-2 employees of StaffWRX.

For job-seekers, StaffWRX is the easiest way to find short to long term positions with local employers.  Through the use of our mobile app, job-seekers are able to set their own schedule and preferred industries.  Local employers can then select job-seekers for open positions.  StaffWRX currently has opportunities in the hospitality market, food service, events, warehousing, construction, & manufacturing industries.
