When agents steered clients towards more expensive options to protect insider relationships, we became agents ourselves with a flat-fee model.

This led us to launch Elephant—a protocol solution to a protocol problem. Our experience showed what was needed: not better applications on broken protocols, but new protocols engineered to cost less.
