StanChem is an established New England based leader in the customized development, manufacture, testing and marketing of a wide variety of adhesives, coatings, and emulsion polymers. There are three StanChem operating divisions: 

StanChem Polymers.
For over thirty-five years, we’ve created a broad line of polymer emulsions for a variety of industries and markets, including paint, paper, adhesives, building products, textiles and non-wovens. We’re also known for developing specialty polymers for individual customers — from research to sales and every step in between.

Albi Manufacturing. 
Albi has been the first name in structural fireproofing for over four decades. For architects, fire-safety officials and construction professionals, Albi is the manufacturer of choice when an intumescent coating is needed for fireproofing structural steel, wood, wallboard and other interior and exterior surfaces. Albi Manufacturing continues to develop innovative solutions and products for the fireproofing industry.

Specialty Coatings. 
We manufacture a wide range of specialty industrial coatings for a broad spectrum of applications and industries. These include clear, high-temperature, dielectric and plastisol coatings, as well as coatings for the plating industry.
