STAR Physical Therapy was established in October 1997. Our company provides comprehensive rehabilitation in a relaxed and friendly environment. STAR Physical Therapy currently has over 60 outpatient clinics throughout Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana. We also operate 6 contract outpatient clinics and 3 on-site facilities for major industrial complexes. We are committed to excellence in rehabilitation, providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and sports medicine. Our goal is to work closely with physicians to enhance the quality of health care for the physically active. Each clinic addresses improving patient function through active participation, rather than through passive modality application.
