Stark Brewing Company is a Manchester, New Hampshire-based brewery and brewpub that has operated since 1994, offering a range of traditional and contemporary beers. The business began as Stark Mill Brewery, was renamed Milly's Tavern in 2000, and ultimately adopted the Stark Brewing Company name to reflect its historical roots and Gen. John Stark.
