He has written and delivered numerous seminars on experimental design and analysis, has presented and been published at international conferences and in research journals, and has served on the organizing committee for the American Marketing Association’s Advanced Research Techniques Forum. Jill Hesser oversees the visualization of our output and development of our customized decision support systems. She complements the team with over 20 years of experience in consumer market research, simulator development, survey design, data collection and the development of actionable results.
